MRICS Registered RICS Valuer
Paul qualified as Incorporated Valuer and Auctioneer in 1980 and in 1990 he was elected a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has extensive knowledge of the regions residential property market and the City’s commercial property market. He is a commentator for the RICS regional housing market survey and a member of the RICS regional residential forum. He acts as an expert witness in property litigation and court proceedings and provides advice to regional and national house builders. He has also been involved in some of the city’s largest development projects and land sales since 1990.
Senior Sales Negotiator
Vivien has been actively involved in residential sales since 1985 she has worked in some of the City’s busiest Estate Agents and has held office manager and valuer positions with regional and national firms. Vivien joined Paul Airey in 2010 and offers an in depth knowledge of the local housing market, keen negotiating technique and an eye for detail. Vivien has an appetite for all matters relating to compliance and procedural matters.
Anthony James - DEA
Anthony, joined Paul Airey’s team in the summer of 2007 where he quickly became a part an integral part of the team and has progressed to be the Senior Valuer for the firm. He is currently studying to become an Associate Member of the RICS in the field of valuation. In 2014 he became the companies energy assessor after gaining the DEA qualification at Teeside College. Anthony is responsible for the firms residential valuations and appraisals as well as fresh approach to multi media marketing.
PA & Office Administrator
Kim is PA to the directors as well as supervising general office administration and she regularly assists with negotiations and property management. Kim Joined Paul Airey in 2003 and has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of office procedures.
James is the newest member of our team. His main responsibilities lie within the marketing of property, including social media advertising and the creation of property descriptions. James is currently working towards a diploma in the Sale of Residential Property, and hopes to progress onto a SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation course.
Richard is an experienced lettings manager who is dedicated to ensuring a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants alike. His knowledge of the lettings business together with his approachable and helpful nature ensure a thorough but seamless process when letting or renting a property.
Sean qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 and achieved FRICS status in 1999. Sean joined the business in 2004, having worked in senior positions at Next Plc, Sears Plc and the Noble Organisation. He has a wide experience within the retail sector, particularly in acquisitions and disposals. Sean provides advice to retailers on acquisition and disposal strategies. Having had full responsibility for a private property residential investment Trust, he has extensive knowledge of residential lettings / management and works closely with landlords to maximise the performance of their portfolio’s. Sean is a founder member of North Tyneside Councils Private Landlords Forum.
Head of Sales Progression
Marie has a passion for the property industry having being involved with local and regional agencies since 1984. She gives high levels of customer service, with her friendly and committed approach to see the sales progression through to a happy conclusion.
